@anarchosaurus I think I did the same thing again, with "chinese" and "italian" ... Also I think veganism is not a choice as such... I mean it's one that people arrive at because they have thought about ethical and dietary matters carefully and reached a point where there is only a single action, that is become vegan. 
However I'm quite probably over-stressing about this, and you are correct.
